Refund policy
Returns. Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your item(s). You must complete a return request through your Mccoy Shop account. You may request a refund to your original payment method or in-store credit for future use. Approval is required before sending your return—unapproved returns will not be accepted. Please allow up to 3 business days for approval. Once approved, Shipping cost for exchange returns is on you as the customer, shipping cost for faulty items we will reimburse you in full once the item is received and inspected. Exchange items must be in new unused condition. Items showing heavy wear, damage, or modification may not be accepted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customized items and international orders are not eligible for return. For your safety and ours, we will reject any item that has come into contact with bodily fluids such as blood. If you return a rejected item and we are unable to return it to you, we will issue a refund, dispose of the item, and notate your account to refuse future return requests. Abuse of our hassle-free return program may result in account suspension.
Exchanges. Exchanges must be initiated within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. If you prefer to exchange rather than return, please reach out to us and we can help get that together for us. The replacement item will ship once your return is received. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customized items and international orders are not eligible for exchange.
Representations and Warranties. By placing an order, you warrant and represent that you will use the Products in a lawful manner and that you are of legal age to purchase and use the Products.
